In this 2-week, practice-oriented e-learning program with trainer-led cohort sessions, you will master the fundamentals of the Reinventing OrgMap and organizational culture typology using the frameworks of Laloux, Wilber, and Scharmer. You will become proficient in the Atlas Platform’s technical capabilities — creating spectacular, customizable maps at any resolution with built-in AI-powered insights for development planning.

Beyond the technical skills, you will learn how to conduct diagnostic interviews that reveal cultural paradigms, position and price your mapping services, and sell the assessment process using proven templates and proposals. The program includes a real pro bono project where you complete organizational mapping for an actual organization — building your portfolio and often leading to your first paid engagement.

Upon successful completion of all assignments and your pro bono project, you will earn the Certified Reinventing OrgMap© Technical Practitioner credential, positioning you to confidently launch cultural diagnostics and communicate results that create high expectations for transformation.
