Module 1: Technical Practitioner - E-learning
Master the Atlas OrgMap platform in this 2-week trainer-led certification module — learn to create spectacular cultural maps, conduct diagnostic interviews using Laloux, Wilber, and Scharmer frameworks, and sell your assessment services with confidence. Includes 10 video modules, AI prompt library, sales templates, and a real pro bono project that often turns into your first paid engagement. Complete all assignments to earn your Certified Reinventing OrgMap© Technical Practitioner credential.

Module 2: Diagnostic and Goal-settings Practitioner
This is a twice four-hour (2x 4h) practice-oriented online training session, in which you will acquire skills to analyse the map, and you will be given practical help on how to sell a map-based development process.
The third and fourth modules are closely related, so it is advisable to complete them together.

Module 3: Culture-transformation Practitioner
This is a twice four-hour (2x 4h) practice-oriented online training session, in which you will hear about the necessary factors that motivate people to assume responsibility for change, how to start an autonomous development process, and the possible traps and how to avoid them.

Module 4: Green/Teal Transformation Practitioner
This is a twice four-hour (2x 4h) practice-oriented online training session, in which you will hear about what is needed for the autonomous development process, presented in Module 3, not to stay a one-off event, rather for the organisation to become an autonomy-based evolving system.
