Module 1: Technical Practitioner
This is a twice four-hour (2x 4h) practice-oriented online training session, which enables you to draw up the map on our Atlas Platform to depict an organisation’s culture of operation.
2025. Nov 27 – Nov 28 (2x4h)
Module 2: Diagnostic and Goal-settings Practitioner
This is a twice four-hour (2x 4h) practice-oriented online training session, in which you will acquire skills to analyse the map, and you will be given practical help on how to sell a map-based development process.
The third and fourth modules are closely related, so it is advisable to complete them together.
2025. Dec 4 – Dec 5 (2x4h)
Module 3: Culture-transformation Practitioner
This is a twice four-hour (2x 4h) practice-oriented online training session, in which you will hear about the necessary factors that motivate people to assume responsibility for change, how to start an autonomous development process, and the possible traps and how to avoid them.
2025. Dec 11 – Dec 12 (2x4h)
Module 4: Green/Teal Transformation Practitioner
This is a twice four-hour (2x 4h) practice-oriented online training session, in which you will hear about what is needed for the autonomous development process, presented in Module 3, not to stay a one-off event, rather for the organisation to become an autonomy-based evolving system.
