The third and fourth modules are closely related, so it is advisable to complete them together.
What Module 4 is all about
As by now accustomed to, this is a twice four-hour (2x 4h) practice-oriented online training session, in which
- you will hear about what is needed for the autonomous development process, presented in Module 3, not to stay a one-off event, rather for the organisation to become an autonomy-based evolving system,
- you will gain experience in the tools, methods and practices that can support or be made applicable to green and teal organisations,
- you will study how the teal concepts of the Reinventing Map can be set into practice.

More specifically, what you will learn about
- the 7 Beacons method,
- the Dynamic Judgement-formation process,
- organisational structures that have been worked out for organisations heading to become teal (Sociocracy, Holacracy, Rendanheyi, Burzorg, etc.),
- starting and closing a mandate group
Finally, what you will actually be able to do after accomplishing Module 4
You will be able to
- deal with questions and issues emerging in a green or teal organisation
- endure uncertainty in a convincing manner, i.e.
- live with contradictions
which are inevitable if you want to
- help others in areas with no ready-made examples to follow,
- seek solutions that are true and valid solely for that particular organisation as the way forward.
You will gradually grow into becoming a role model for others through regular inner work following the practices presented in our Training.
