In this one-day, practice-oriented workshop, you will crack the code of successfully planning and managing organizational development projects. By working with case studies, you will understand the importance of finding root causes and learn easily applicable root cause analysis methods. Through self-experiments and interactive group discussions, you will discover how minimalistic and appropriate goal setting supports the success of culture development projects. By working on real projects, you will create communication plans that foster internal expectation and appreciation of the culture assessment and goal-setting events.
The entry requirement for the training includes possession of the Technical Practitioner certification.
